DodgeTalk was first to jump on it, but they were not the source of this leak, no the 2009 Dodge Ram was accidentally posted by the new Chrysler on their Mopar Accessories website as a supposedly '08 model.

It would have fooled most of the world, but not the Dodge nuts in the USA. The new Dodge Ram seems to feature, besides the obvious new front fascia, some kind of storage facility in the bed-side, and autoblog claims that the 09 Ram will feature rear coils, 4 trailing links and a panhard rod.

We have previously posted images of the 2009 Dodge Ram, but they involved a heavily clad prototype. The exterior will receive is share of touch-ups but the real news will be under the metalworks. Frank Klegon, Chrysler's executive vice president of product development has said: "A significantly upgraded version of the renowned 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with gains in fuel efficiency, refinement, horsepower and torque, will debut in the 2009 model year."

By now the webmaster has had his earful and the '08 Dodge Ram image is back to promote Mopar accessories.
